The main goal of a Direct support professionals (DSP) is to empower individuals who need support to live independently and engage fully in the community. As a DSP, your week will offer fulfilling opportunities to help people with disabilities lead vibrant and active lives.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll do more than just work—you’ll empower! You’ll support individuals in their homes, workplaces, and communities as they pursue their goals, overcome challenges, and build fulfilling lives. This is meaningful, hands-on work that transforms lives—including your own.
