Direct Support Professional A Job With Purpose

Direct support professionals (DSP) are at the heart of what we do at Black Hills Works. As a DSP you will help adults with disabilities live, work, and play.

Not Your Typical 9-5

Not Your Typical 9-5

As a DSP you will work at a residence, job location, and within the community, helping the people we support achieve their goals and overcome various challenges they face. It’s a job that is intimate and transformational for both you and the people you support.              

DSPs now have the opportunity to work three, 12-hour shifts including one weekend shift. This gives the opportunity to have a great work life balance. With only working three days per week, you will have 208 scheduled days off for the year!
