What You’ll Do

Every day as a Job Coach looks a little different—and that’s part of what makes this role so rewarding.

In this position, you will:

– Support participants at job sites throughout the Rapid City community
– Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement on job performance
– Model professional workplace behavior and expectations
– Assist with transportation when needed
– Ensure safety standards are consistently met
– Build positive relationships with participants, employers, and teammates

You’ll also help individuals navigate workplace dynamics—whether that’s communicating with supervisors, collaborating with coworkers, or celebrating milestones along the way.

What It Takes to Succeed

This role is a great fit for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others grow through meaningful employment.

Key qualifications include:

– Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
– High school diploma (college experience is a plus)
– Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
